We're listening to the needs of our local Community
Allendale County Hospital, a designated Critical Access Hospital in Fairfax, SC in partnership with Growers for Grace, is leading a local Food as Medicine pilot in Allendale County, beginning with individuals living with Type 2 Diabetes who are simultaneously experiencing food and nutrition insecurity.
"And along both banks of the river will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing." | Ezekiel 47:12
